Rachel Kirkland Chisholm, has been licensed as an attorney since 1988 in Florida and in 2008 became a member of the Virginia Bar. She is also admitted to practice with the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal District Court for Virginia She has been a member in good standing of the American Immigration Law Association (AILA) since 2009.
